Toronto, November 27th, 2007 - Cadillac Ventures Inc. (CDEX -CNQ) ("Cadillac") is pleased to announce the following proposed private placement financings:
Project Updates The Company is pleased to inform shareholders that programs are well underway at both projects. At Burnt Hill the Company, in conjunction with joint venture partner Noront Resources Inc., has completed 1800 metres of drilling in 3 holes. The drill program is ongoing with 2 drills operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, drilling further targets as selected by Company personnel. The core is being logged by the geologists on site, and as appropriate samples have been sent for analysis, results will be disclosed once available. The Company has recently added to the ground package by staking 600 claims, these claims were staked in order to cover prospective ground and tie the previously existing claim areas together. At New Alger the Company has completed 2292 m of drilling in 7 holes to date. The core resultant from these holes is being logged, and samples selected and prepared by Gilles Tremblay P.Eng., IQP for the Company, assays will be released publicly once available.
