Cadillac Announces Granting of Options

 Toronto, July 15, 2009 - Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSXV-CDC) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announced today that a total of 800,000 options to acquire commons shares of the Company have been issued to directors, officers, employees and consultants at a exercise price of $0.45 per common share. All options are non-assignable and have a five year term. Options for directors vest immediately while those for others vest over eighteen months one-third on the date of grant, and one-third each at nine and eighteen months after the date of grant.

There are now a total of 3,600,000 options to acquire common shares outstanding pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan.
